Job Title: Warehouse GDP Cleaner

Location: Croydon CR9 0DB

Hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: £12.69 per hour

Shift: 0800-1600 Monday to Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner who enjoys keeping things tidy and has experience in cleaning. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all designated areas in the warehouse, including library, manual line/gravity feed, bulk, and automation zones, following our cleaning schedules.
• Perform scheduled low-level cleaning and dust control activities.
• Ensure that the cleaning schedule is signed off by the Manager or Team Leader at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report any issues related to the cleaning schedule and escalate them to the Manager or Team Leader.
• Empty and return all cardboard cages to their designated places in the warehouse.
• Separate cardboard and plastic packaging for proper waste disposal.
• Secure waste materials in disposal units to prevent pollution of surrounding areas.
• Adhere to all company housekeeping procedures and comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Carry out any reasonable requests from Branch Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Essential: High visual accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer care focus
• Desirable: Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience in a warehouse environment
