Make a Great First Impression: Customer Experience Assistant at Plexus!

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Plexus Corp. is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role that combines receptionist/administrative duties with a focus on elevating our customer visits and site brand experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the face of Plexus! Champion our brand by ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Orchestrate seamless customer visits from start to finish, including menu planning, room setup, vendor coordination, logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Maximise our meeting spaces by managing reservations, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with teams to optimise usage.
  • Handle day-of visit execution, coordinating with teams and vendors, tackling last-minute needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers through clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 1 (proofreading a plus!).
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to provide direction and influence across teams.
  • Superb multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Top-notch organisational abilities.
  • Experience with travel arrangements is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint whiz!).
